Coming up on this week's program will be two guests.
Amber Carvan and Michael Camilleri.
Amber is a long time cartoonist recently relocated to Melbourne and in charge of the fantastic comic rehab site. Looking forward to speaking to Amber about the ebbs and flows of doing your own comics and coordinating others to do theirs.
Michael's latest comic can be found in the latest edition of Going Down Swinging. My head was quietly blown whilst i read my preview copy on the bus home last week. I then proceeded to eat a dodgy potato cake and got food poisoning but I won't hold Michael responsible for that. In the end comics healed me!
Join Jo Waite and myself this Thursday at 5pm on 3CR. Bernard Caleo is on tour throughout regional Victoria and may join us on the line.
I will be starting to post older episodes to the archive again starting this week.

I have a question for the panel - what is the recurring reference to being horrified when asked, 'where do you get your ideas from?' on The Comic Spot? I noticed it again on the show mentioned in this blog post. Is it a reference to an earlier show, or something else? I vaguely remember Neil Gaiman I think saying it was the one question that writers don't like to be asked that question, but I don't remember why. Personally I love it when people ask me that question, and it also seems like a fair enough question to me. :)
